Pumpkin Patch loss widens as sales slide, debt mounts

By Edwin Mitson Sept. 29 (BusinessDesk) - Pumpkin Patch's annual loss widened by 71 percent as the indebted children and babywear retailer's revenue sank with store closures and as its international wholesale business struggled.  The Auckland-based company posted a net loss of $15.5 million in the 12 months ended July 31 from $9 million a year earlier, it said in a statement.
