Rangatira Investments says it will increase its horticulture portfolio with the development of an added 30 hectares of gold kiwifruit with Southern Cross Horticulture.The group said its strategy is to buy green-planted orchards and graft them to gold, which will also allow for the purchase of proportional Zespri shares, currently offering a dividend yield of 15%.The firm also sold its 70% interest in Auckland biotech and clinical diagnostics business Bio-Strategy in late Oct to Swiss-based distribution business DKSH. The purchase pric...
