RBNZ appoints new chief economist and head of financial markets

By Rebecca Howard April 9 (BusinessDesk) - The Reserve Bank of New Zealand has appointed long-time employee Yuong Ha the new chief economist and head of economics. Since joining the bank in 1997, Ha has held a number of roles, including time in the economics department as manager of the modelling team and manager of the forecasting team.
