RBNZ hires Corrections CIO Sean Mills as new assistant governor

By Paul McBeth Aug. 29 (BusinessDesk) - Department of Corrections chief financial officer Sean Mills will join the Reserve Bank's senior leadership after being appointed assistant governor and head of operations. The central bank today said Mills will start on Nov. 29, replacing Geoff Bascand who moves to head of financial stability.
