The last time the National party rolled out a nutty KiwiSaver idea, former prime ministerial aspirant Judith Collins fronted the concept in Lower Hutt. Almost three years ago to the day, Collins talked up the plan to allow unemployed New Zealanders to siphon up to $20,000 from their KiwiSaver accounts to fund entrepreneurial dreams.
