Administrators say Kitchen Things is on the brink of liquidation after concluding that no viable rescue options remain for the business.The group of companies – including Kitchen Things NZ, Applico, Jones Family Investments, Appliance Works, and related entities – was placed into voluntary administration and receivership on Aug 20.BDO Auckland's George Bannerman and Rees Logan were appointed administrators, alongside Grant Thornton receivers who continue to trade the business while selling down stock and exploring buyer interest...
