Briscoes cancels buying trip to China due to coronavirus

Briscoe Group has cancelled a trip to China by its buyers that was scheduled for April because of the coronavirus crisis.The company will still buy new stock from China but, instead of buyers on the ground, it will use video links to talk to suppliers and get them to courier samples, said managing director Rod Duke."I pulled the pin on it, so I will have to do it by remote control," Duke told BusinessDesk.
