An investment group including former NZ Breakers owner Paul Blackwell has agreed to buy Burger King from its receivers.Tahua Partners, which in 2018 purchased Starbucks New Zealand from Restaurant Brands, said it has signed a binding agreement to acquire the burger chain.A group of companies associated with Burger King has been in receivership since April owing $52 million.
