Investment house Jarden has upgraded its rating for large-format retail landlord Investore Property, following a no-surprises half-year result from the New Zealand Exchange-listed firm.Investore Property’s (IPL) $1 billion portfolio of 45 properties includes standalone supermarkets and hardware stores, small centres anchored by supermarkets, and large-format retail centres.Jarden analysts Vishal Bhula and Arie Dekker said their 12-month target price for the stock remained unchanged at $1.26.
