The Mexican investment firm that controls Restaurant Brands has initiated a full takeover bid for the remaining shares of the fast-food operator.A market announcement on Tuesday morning showed that Finaccess Restauración, a subsidiary of Grupo Finaccess, had filed a takeover notice to buy the company at $5.05 per share, valuing the company at approximately $630 million.The firm, which holds 75.02% following a 2019 partial takeover, said it was "the final and best price it is willing to pay" and that it will not be increased.As...
