The Commerce Commission and Viagogo have returned to court with the regulator seeking disclosure of internal company reports to support its case the ticket reseller misled the public.The proceedings follow 1,139 complaints about the company since 2014.  The regulator's allegations include Viagogo breached the Fair Trading Act by wrongly representing itself as an “official” reseller, falsely saying tickets were about to sell out and claiming consumers were “guaranteed” to receive valid tickets.The case was first...
