Briscoe Group has taken The Warehouse Group’s place on New Zealand’s benchmark index.In a quarterly rebalance for New Zealand Exchange (NZX) indices on Friday, S&P Dow Jones announced it would remove The Warehouse Group from the NZX 50, the NZX MidCap and the NZX SmallCap indices.Briscoe Group will take its place on all three from June 23 onwards, joining other listed retailers Hallenstein Glasson and KMD Brands.Briscoe managing director Rod Duke told BusinessDesk on Monday that analysts had tipped him off that his firm would li...
