Sky TV's Igloo JV launch delayed again

July 25 (BusinessDesk) - The low-budget pay-TV service called Igloo is facing a further delay as the joint venture between NZX-listed Sky TV and state-owned Television New Zealand irons out teething problems thrown up in consumer testing.
