Had we known what was coming, 2019 was not a good year to launch an ambitious new international sporting series.SailGP, the brainchild of five-times America’s Cup winner Sir Russell Coutts and his long-time Oracle benefactor Larry Ellison, immediately encountered rough waters thanks to covid.The pandemic wreaked particular havoc on the second edition of the series during 2020.But the foiling catamaran yachting series has bounced back with sails full of wind.The third season of SailGP starts this weekend in Bermuda with the 2022-23 series...
