Summerset expansion sees first-quarter sales of occupation rights rise 41%

By Tina Morrison April 5 (BusinessDesk) - Summerset Group increased sales of occupation rights at its retirement villages by 41 percent in the first quarter and said the remainder of the year "looks positive". The Wellington-based company sold 171 occupation rights agreements in the quarter ended March 31, up from 121 in the year earlier period, it said in a statement.
