Supersize me: Plexure’s Task is to escape McDonald's

Plexure’s recent acquisition of Task appears to be an effort to wean the business off its dependency on McDonald's, but analysts are unsure if the $125 million purchase will create value.  Forsyth Barr analysts Jamie Foulkes and Mark Robertson have given the stock an ‘outperform’ rating – mostly due to its low share price, which has fallen more than 20% this month and 50% this year.“We have yet to be convinced that the Task business model will create value for Plexure,” they wrote in a research note....
