Todd Corp. names Bruce Wood as director

By Hannah Lynch July 5 (BusinessDesk) - Todd Corp, the holding company for New Zealand’s wealthiest family, has announced former AWE managing director Bruce Wood will join its board. Woods headed the Australian-based oil and gas exploration company, AWE from 2007 to 2011, while serving as an executive director of business development for the company for most of that time. Before joining AWE he was general manager at Delhi Petroleum. Adelaide-based Wood was appointed to the role on July 4, according to a statement on the Companies Office....
