Ocean Flyer and Monte sign seaglider financing deal

The company seeking to bring 25 electric seagliders to New Zealand says it has secured a financing deal to cover $145 million of its $700m order.Ocean Flyer announced the $700m order with Regent, a United States startup backed by venture capitalist Peter Thiel, in 2022.
