(Updates shares, adds company comment) By Suze Metherell Nov. 18 (BusinessDesk) - Shares of IkeGPS climbed 11 percent after the remote measuring device developer signed a manufacturing and distribution deal with Stanley Black & Decker which will help it meet its prospectus sales forecast.
