Vista signs deal to sell its cinema management software in Japan for the first time

By Fiona Rotherham Aug. 6 (BusinessDesk) - Vista Entertainment Solutions, a subsidiary of NZX-listed Vista Group International, has signed a distribution agreement with software services provider Vinx Corp to sell its cinema management software in the Japanese market for the first time. The Auckland-based company's technology is used to manage cinema operations in more than 60 countries and it raised $92 million in an initial public offering a year ago. Its share price slipped 0.7 percent to $6 today, but have soared from its $2.35 offer...
