East Tamaki based metal products distributor Vulcan is kicking off the New Zealand leg of its institutional roadshow this week after pitching a A$1 billion initial public offering to Australian fund managers last week.An industry insider said the company has mandated UBS and Credit Suisse to assist on an IPO and listings on both the ASX and NZX.He said the “investor education” meetings were at an informal, confidential stage with a formal offer expected in the coming months on the strength of a profitable track record and its &ldquo...
