By Margreet Dietz July 21 (BusinessDesk) - Wall Street moved higher, setting fresh records, as better-than-expected earnings from Microsoft and Morgan Stanley underpinned optimism about the outlook for corporate profits. In 3.08pm trading in New York, the Dow Jones Industrial Average added 0.3 percent, while the Nasdaq Composite Index climbed 1.1 percent.
