By Margreet Dietz Dec. 19 (BusinessDesk) - Wall Street rose to fresh records, lifting the Nasdaq above 7,000 points, as investors bet that the Republicans will succeed in finalising a bill this week that will cut corporate taxes.  In 1.16pm trading in New York, the Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 0.7 percent, while the Nasdaq Composite Index rallied 0.9 percent.
