By Margreet Dietz March 27 (BusinessDesk) - Wall Street gained, while US Treasuries fell, as concern about a global trade war eased amid signs of discussions between the US and China.  In 1.30pm trading in New York, the Dow Jones Industrial Average advanced 1.8 percent, while the Nasdaq Composite Index gained 1.7 percent.
