By Margreet Dietz Sept. 12 (BusinessDesk) - Wall Street rallied, while US Treasuries dropped, as concern about geopolitical tensions and the impact from Hurricane Irma, which eased to a tropical storm as of Monday, declined. In 2.27pm trading in New York, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rallied 1.2 percent, while the Nasdaq Composite Index climbed 1.1 percent.
