a2 Milk Company

The A2 Milk Company was founded in New Zealand based on a research discovery that different milk proteins affect people in a different way. The company now owns and licenses intellectual property enabling dairy farms to identify cattle suitable for the production of A2 milk.

Popular branded A2 milk products such as liquid milk and infant formula are sold in NZ, Australia, USA, UK and China. The company has a track record of investing heavily in marketing and R&D to further brand position.

A2 Milk is dual listed and one of the largest companies on the NZX, with a market capitalisation of more than $10 billion in 2020. David Bortolussi was recently appointed CEO and will begin leading the company in early 2021.
