Abano Healthcare Group is the owner and operator of the largest group of dental practices in the $11-Billion trans-Tasman dental market. The Company operates through two regional dental networks - Lumino the Dentists in New Zealand and Maven Dental Group in Australia - and employ over 2,300 people across more than 239 dental practices. The Dental segment is engaged in providing a range of general and specialist dental work, including restorative and cosmetic dental services.

As of May 31, 2020, the company owned and operated 107 facilities. The company was formerly known as ElderCare New Zealand Limited and changed its name to Abano Healthcare Group Limited in August 2003.
