Smartshares Emerging Markets ETF
The Emerging Markets Trust ("the Fund") is a unit trust, as defined in the Units Trust Act 1960.
The beneficial interest in the Fund is divided into units, with each unit representing an equal interest in the assets of the Fund, but not conferring any interest in any specific asset of the Fund.
The Fund invests in Vanguard's FTSE Emerging Markets ETF (VWO), which aims to track securities from emerging markets including Brazil, China, and India.
