Smartshares US 500 ETF
The US 500 Trust ("the Fund") is a unit trust, as defined in the Units Trust Act 1960.
The beneficial interest in the Fund is divided into units, with each unit representing an equal interest in the assets of the Fund, but not conferring any interest in any specific asset of the Fund.
The Fund invests in Vanguard's S&P 500 ETF (VOO), which aims to track 500 large securities listed on the NYSE or NASDAQ markets.
