Smartshares US Large Value ETF
The US Large Value Trust ("the Fund") is a unit trust, as defined in the Units Trust Act 1960.
The beneficial interest in the Fund is divided into units, with each unit representing an equal interest in the assets of the Fund, but not conferring any interest in any specific asset of the Fund.
The Fund invests in Vanguard's Value ETF (VTV), which aims to track large value securities listed on the NYSE or NASDAQ markets.
