The New Zealand Refining Company Limited (NZR) has released its 2021 Annual Report, the last report issued under the Company's current name and ticker code.
From 1 April 2022, the company will change its name to Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited, and its ticker code to CHI.
The 2021 Annual Report is available online at www.refiningnz.com and, from 1 April 2022, www.channelnz.com.
The Section 209 Notice has been mailed to Security Holders.
