2022 ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS AND TRADING UPDATE

SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SKC) today held their 2022 Annual Meeting of shareholders, during which addresses from the Chair of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chair of the Adelaide Board, Chair of the Audit Committee, Chair of the People and Culture Committee, and Chair of the Risk and Compliance Committee were delivered.

A trading update was also included in the CEO's address, which reported that revenue and EBITDA exceeded internal expectations, with Group normalised EBITDA in the first quarter of FY23 approximately 10% above pre-COVID levels.

However, due to global economic uncertainty, SkyCity are cautious about extrapolating Q1 performance for the rest of the financial year.
