4th Quarter Sales to 30 January 2022

Briscoe Group Limited (NZX/ASX code: BGP) has achieved record sales and profit for the financial year to 30 January 2022, with full year Group sales of $744.4 million, an increase of 6.08% compared to the 53 weeks of last year, and fourth quarter (13 weeks) Group sales of $247.6 million, an increase of 4.97% compared to the similar period last year.

Expected full year net profit after tax (NPAT) is approximately $87 million, 20% above last year’s reported NPAT.

Group Managing Director, Rod Duke, commented that the result reflects the talented team in place across the whole company and strategic plan delivering ahead of expectations.

Full year results, including announcement of final dividend, are due to be reported on Wednesday 16 March 2022.
