The ACCC has granted clearance for Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) to merge with Apollo Tourism & Leisure Ltd (ATL).
The decision is subject to thl and ATL divesting certain ATL assets in Australia, in accordance with the terms of the agreement entered into with Jucy on 22 September.
The merger is expected to complete before the end of the calendar year 2022, subject to the satisfaction of other conditions.
