Accordant Group Limited [NZX: AGL] today announced a 2.7% increase in revenue to $227.4 million for the year ending 31 March 2023, despite challenging employment conditions.
Profit after tax was impacted by one-off costs, resulting in a net profit of $2.0 million.
The Group is confident of a significantly improved financial result for the year ahead, with high demand, acute skills shortages and fierce competition for talent continuing to be a challenge.
The Group is investing in social good initiatives and digitisation to meet the demand.
A fully imputed final dividend of 3.0 cents per share will be paid on 30 June 2023.
