Promisia Healthcare Limited has announced the acquisition of two properties at 60 and 74-76 Aldwins Road, Christchurch.
The acquisitions adjoin the Aldwins House property, which is owned by Promisia, and are intended to expand the Aldwins House facility to offer a broader continuum of care for residents.
Settlement of the acquisitions has occurred today, with the purchase price for 60 Aldwins Road set at a level reflecting the current fair market value, and 74-76 Aldwins Road acquired for approximately $1.21 million.
