Acquisition of LifeHealthcare, Equity Raising

EBOS Group Limited has announced the acquisition of LifeHealthcare, a healthcare group, for total consideration of A$1,167 million.

The Acquisition will be funded through a combination of a non-underwritten retail offer to eligible existing shareholders, a placement, a new term loan debt facility and new EBOS shares issued to LifeHealthcare management.
