AFC Group Holdings Limited (“AFC”) – Suspension of trading

Trading in AFC Group Holdings has been suspended by NZ RegCo due to non-payment of annual listing fees.

The suspension will remain in place until the fees are paid.

NZX listed issuers are required to pay these fees, and failure to do so within 30 business days of the due date results in trading suspension.
