AFC Group Holdings has announced the immediate resignation of chief financial officer, Hao (Howard) Long, due to personal reasons.
Long, who has been with the company since 2015, will be replaced by Jenny Liang.
Liang, a chartered accountant with CAANZ, joined AFC in 2021 and has already demonstrated exceptional skills in financial reporting, capital expenditure, and commercial management.
She brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having held senior management positions in various sectors and spent over a decade in a Fortune 500 company.
In a statement, the board expressed its gratitude to Long for his dedication and service, and wished him success in his future endeavours.
