Auckland International Airport has requested a trading halt after being informed that the Auckland Future Fund Trustee, on behalf of Auckland Council, has initiated a sale process for its shares in the airport.
The halt will be lifted once Auckland Airport is notified by the trustee that the process has been concluded.
