Air New Zealand has announced the appointment of Nathan McGraw as chief safety and risk officer, and Scott Wilkinson as chief commercial officer.

McGraw, who has more than 30 years of experience in aviation, has been with Air New Zealand for 20 years and previously served as the head of integrated planning.

He also worked as an ATR pilot and led flight operations for Mount Cook Airline.

Wilkinson returns to New Zealand from Qantas, where he was the executive manager of digital and direct customer experience.

He has a decade-long tenure at Qantas, where he focused on commercial initiatives, revenue growth and loyalty programmes.

McGraw will assume his new role on March 31, 2025, while Wilkinson will join in the latter half of this year.
