Air New Zealand director, Paul Goulter, will retire from the board at this year's Annual Shareholders Meeting (ASM) on September 26.
Goulter cited increasing work load and commitments in his role as CEO of the NZ Nurses Organisation as the reason for his resignation.
Air New Zealand chair, Therese Walsh, expressed gratitude to Goulter for his contribution and noted his invaluable insights and experience in industrial relations.
The airline will provide an update on a replacement director in due course.
