Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX:PHL) has announced that 36 residents of Rannerdale Village will be transferring to Aldwins House, along with half of its employees.
The transfer is set to be completed today, bringing the occupancy rate of Aldwins House to 60%.
The Board will provide further updates at the special meeting on 30 March.
