Alistair Gray named EBOS Group's new CFO

EBOS Group has announced the appointment of Alistair Gray as its new chief financial officer (CFO), effective from September 30 2024.

Gray, who is currently the deputy CFO at Endeavour Group, will be based in EBOS' Melbourne office.

The company's chief executive officer, John Cullity, expressed his confidence in Gray, noting his experience in large-scale retail and fast-moving consumer goods businesses.

In addition to the CFO appointment, EBOS revealed that its current CFO, Leonard Hansen, will transition to the role of chief risk officer and continue with the company.

Hansen will remain as CFO until Gray's commencement in September.

EBOS is the largest and most diversified Australasian marketer, wholesaler, and distributor of healthcare, medical, and pharmaceutical products, as well as a leading animal care brand owner and distributor.
