Amy Jackson appointed Ventia's additional secretary

Ventia has announced the appointment of Amy Jackson as an additional company secretary, effective from Feb 10, 2025.

Jackson, who joined Ventia as group general counsel on Feb 3, 2025, brings extensive experience in corporate, commercial, and compliance matters.

Jill Hardiman, who was appointed as group company secretary in November 2024, will continue in her role.

Jackson and Hardiman have been nominated as the company's representatives for communication with the ASX regarding listing rule matters.
