Anand Rambhai named finance VP at Millennium & Copthorne NZ

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand announced the appointment of Anand Rambhai as its new vice president of finance.

Rambhai, who brings over 25 years of experience in finance and treasury roles, will join the company on July 4.

He previously served as the chief financial officer of Rakon for five years and has held leadership positions at Macquarie Bank, Sony NZ, NZ Crane Group, and British Telecom.

MCK managing director, Stuart Harrison, expressed confidence in Rambhai's appointment, stating that his expertise would be a valuable addition to the company and help drive its "Revive and Thrive" strategic direction.

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand is the only NZX-listed hotel owner-operator in the country, with 18 hotels under various brands.
