Anton Douglas has resigned as a Director of General Finance Limited, a subsidiary of General Capital Limited, effective November 8, 2023.
The Chairman of General Finance, Don Hattaway, thanked Anton for his contribution to the Board and stated that Anton is seeking a full-time role that may conflict with his position as a board member.
The Board wishes Anton well for the future.
