Appointment of Group General Manager Sales & Service

Oceania has announced the appointment of Anita Hawthorne as Group General Manager Sales & Service, starting on 18 July 2022.

Hawthorne has extensive experience in the industry and will lead the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams within Oceania, with a focus on delivering enhanced services and exploring new initiatives to maximise resident experience.

Chief Executive Officer Brent Pattison stated that Hawthorne brings “exceptional customer experience and world class operational outcomes”.
