Appointment of Mark Powell to Board and interim CFO update

My Food Bag Group Limited has announced the appointment of Mark Powell as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective 1 November 2022.

Additionally, Jeremy Edmonds has been appointed as the interim Chief Financial Officer effective 14 October 2022, while the current CFO, Mark Winter, acts as the interim Chief Executive Officer.

Shareholders will vote on Mark Powell's election at the next annual shareholder meeting in 2023.
