Appointment of Non-Executive Director to Meridian Board

Meridian Energy is pleased to announce the appointment of Graham Cockroft as a Non-Executive Director, set to take effect from 26 July 2022.

Mr Cockroft boasts an MCom and a Masters in Finance and over 30 years of international energy industry experience, including executive roles in the UK, South America, New Zealand and Asia.

He brings a diverse set of skills and experience to the Board and will be formally appointed upon shareholder approval at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in October 2022.
